Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival may reduce your treatment time to respect subsequent appointments. Full session fees still apply.

• $50 — No-shows without contact

Cancellation fees are payable at the time of cancellation. Fee waivers remain at practitioner discretion.
