Meet Kylie Marsh
As the Founder and Principal Practitioner of Bahavana, Kylie Marsh helps people restore movement, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their body, energy and purpose through an integrative, whole-person approach to health and wellbeing.
With over two decades of experience in therapeutic bodywork, functional movement, stress management and holistic wellbeing, Kylie blends evidence-informed practice with complementary therapies to help reduce pain, ease stress, improve movement, and support lasting wellbeing.
Kylie developed the Bahavana RESET Method™ to provide a structured pathway towards sustainable health. Through five progressive stages—Release, Restore, Reconnect, Rebuild and Rise—clients are supported to move beyond symptom management and create meaningful, long-term change.
Drawing on Functional Kinesiology, Therapeutic Bodywork and Massage Therapy, Movement and Structural Therapy, Essential Oil Therapy, and nervous system regulation, every treatment is personalised to meet the unique needs of the individual. The result is practical, compassionate care that supports the body, mind and nervous system as one interconnected whole.
At the heart of Bahavana is a simple philosophy:
- Restore movement – Helping the body move as it was designed to.
- Regulate the nervous system – Creating safety, reducing stress and supporting recovery.
-
Reconnect people with their body, energy and purpose – Through education, awareness and hands-on care.
