Your first appointment allows time for both you and your dog to become comfortable with the process.

This includes:

  • Health and lifestyle discussion
  • Movement and postural assessment
  • Muscular assessment
  • Individualised therapeutic massage treatment
  • Home care recommendations where appropriate

Each session is performed at your dog's pace, creating a calm and positive experience.

FOLLOW-UP TREATMENTS

30-45 Minutes | $70

Ideal for maintenance, recovery support or targeted treatment.

Recommended for ongoing rehabilitation, senior dogs, therapy dogs

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrival may reduce your treatment time to respect subsequent appointments. Full session fees still apply.

CANCELLATION FEES

• $50 — Same-day cancellations
• $50 — Cancellations within 24 hours
• $50 — No-shows without contact

Cancellation fees are payable at the time of cancellation. Fee waivers remain at practitioner discretion.
